Service Description
Coaching is a form of development in which an experienced person, called a coach, supports a learner or client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance. The learner is sometimes called a coachee. We will provide a forum for you to establish your goals. We will ask powerful and probing questions, offer different perspectives while helping you achieve what you want most in your career and in life. Occasionally, coaching may mean an informal relationship between two people, of whom one has more experience and expertise than the other and offers advice and guidance as the latter learns; but coaching differs from mentoring by focusing on specific tasks or objectives, as opposed to more general goals or overall development. Coaching is a developmental approach to working and interacting with other people. It can help people develop their personal capabilities, interpersonal skills, and capacity to understand and empathize with others. The three pillars of coaching are awareness (conscience), self-belief, and responsibility. As important as it is to realize things, it's also important to believe in ourselves and assume the responsibilities that lead to the desired change.
